Day 151

We spent Memorial day at the pool.


Pulled out the highschool lacrosse shorts for my run today.
Had a bbq with our friends.

Day 150

Amy and Lauren came to dinner and Brody loved it! They had a dance party and we all had fun catching up.

Day 149

Earlier in the day we went to a neighborhood bbq at the Swim and Tennis Club. It was a little too cold to swim so I didn't bring our bathing suits. We did go to put our feet in the water and show Brody the pool and I guess I overestimated his level of obedience.


Date night to celebrate the fact that I got a job offer out of the blue. I took it.Yeah... I know.

I always have fresh flowers in the house and this week's have been so pretty!

When it get's hot outside we resort to summer meals... hot dogs and watermelon! Brody decided to mix them together in a tupperware.

After a long day in the car driving home Brody thought it would be fun to make an even bigger mess of my house.

Brody was so darling with this baby doll. He kept giving it loves and patting it's back. Maybe we should start thinking about having another one soon. Not too soon though!
He loved playing with his second cousins at Great Grandmas house!He also discovered his love for pretzels. He spent a good 10 minutes camped out next to the bowl.

Brody really needed a break on our drive to Vegas. We were on the last stretch between Mesquite and Vegas, so there weren't a ton of option. I finally had Taylor pull over on some random exit and let my son play in a gravel pit on the side of the road. Mother of the Year.

Brody rocked out while his friend Bennett was over today.

It was a nice day outside today. Brody enjoyed "watering the plants" with our lighter.

Made a trip to Kangaroo Zoo with McCall and the kids. Very fun.

As a thank you gift for watching Brody while we were in Boston, we took the Randalls to iFly. It was even more fun this time around. Maybe because I wasn't nervous to get the positioning right, or maybe because of the company!
