That silly Leprechaun got into all sorts of mischief at our house this year. He even turned the tub water green. Adding a little color to Handy Manny Once he figured out that the "finger paint" i made was actually whipped cream and food coloring he found a more delicious use for it. Lovin' the green lips
The nesting bug has hit in full force. Last weekend I put my 2 worker bees in action painting Milo's room. Things are falling into place quite nicely. The room is painted, the curtains are up. I've ordered some custom bedding for the crib and finished making his baby quilt. I have all of the prints and artwork picked out. Now all we need is baby.(Who by the way made me faint at the temple today. If only I had awakened with some glorious vision!)
Pretty sure this kid is more excited than any child has ever been to have his own bike. Thanks Grandpa. Or as Brody would say "TANK YOU TANK YOU TANK YOU!!!!!"
On Saturday Taylor went skiing at Deer Valley and Brody and I went on a little date to get out of the house. We saw the movie Gnomeo and Juliet in 3D. I was nervous when I realized it was 3D and doubted my little man would keep his glasses on, but he surprised me and wore them the entire time! He was happy as can be just sitting there in a big movie seat, eating popcorn, licorice and drinking his sprite. I looked over during the previews and couldn't help but smile and be so thankful that this is my life. I never thought I would enjoy going on a date with anyone other than Taylor. Guess I was wrong:) I'm really trying to soak up these moments with my little best friend and enjoy our one on one time before Milo busts onto the scene in 4 months. P.S. When the movie ended Brody stood up and yelled "MORE!"
Last month the Miller family ventured to Austin to visit the Allens. Enjoy some highlights.
Hanging out at LAX watching a little Toy Story on our layover. Welcome to Austin! I wonder who her favorite is? Abbie pretending she has a baby bump. The Allens played with Brody while Taylor and I had a date night. A fun Saturday morning consisting of 2 basketball games! Abbies was first. Love her hairbow. Way to accessorize with the uniform. Abbie is the only girl on her team, and the best athlete:) Baller. Date night at Lamberts Justin ordered deviled eggs as an appetizer, but the server was confused and brought them as his main dish.It was pretty funny. Brooke liked these sauce bottles so much she decided to take one home Brooke tried to capture a photo of the baby bump. Early birthday fesivities for Brody. His new plate and bowl from the Allens>
